AIR TRAVEL

Sarpy County air travelers are serviced by Eppley Airfield in Omaha.

Located four miles northeast of downtown Omaha at 4501 Abbott Drive, Eppley had in excess of 4 million passengers use its facility in 2006.

Only ticketed passengers are allowed through screening checkpoints to gate areas, and curbside parking at the terminal is not allowed.

Passengers are encouraged to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to departure.

AMTRAK

An Amtrak station is locted in downtown Omaha at 1003 S. 9th St.

BUS SERVICE

A Greyhound bus depot is located at 1601 Jackson St. in downtown Omaha.

LOCAL BUS SERVICE

The cities of Bellevue and Papillion offer transportation services to its senior citizens at a minimal cost. The door-to-door programs require pre-registration and reservations must by scheduled.
